Stewed with mushrooms and peppers

Ingredients:
-800 Grams of pork
-250-300 G mushrooms
-2 Small or one large bell pepper
-1 Large onion
-1 carrot
-1 Tablespoon tomato paste (I took ketchup)
-Slightly fresh dill
-hydrochloric and pepper to taste

Preparation:
The meat cut into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add the meat cut not thick half rings onion, stir and fry another 3 minutes.
Pour sliced julienne peppers, mushroom halves (if large mushrooms — cut into quarters if very small — we throw the whole), grated on a coarse grater carrots, tomato paste, fry for another 5 minutes. Then pour 300 ml of water and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes in the process a few times to mix and, if necessary, top up with water.
Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables, sprinkle with chopped dill.
