This recipe is perfect for strengthening the immune system during the winter.

You will need:

200 g walnuts
200g raisins
200 g of dried apricots
Honey 200 g
2 lemons

How to cook:

1. walnuts, raisins, dried apricots, lemons with peel, but without seeds, to be mixed with each other. This can be done using a blender, grinder or finely chop all ingredients and mix well.

2. In the resulting mixture, add honey.

3. Accept «Vitaminka» 1-3 tsp in a day.
