TOAST WITH EGG AND HERRING

 

For preparation will need:

— herring fillet — 200 g
— brown bread — 4 slices
— eggs — 4 PCs
— green onions — small bunch
— mayonnaise — 2 to 3 table spoons (for dressing)
— salt and pepper — to taste

TOAST WITH EGG AND HERRING

Preparation:

1. Herring fillets cut into pieces a La carte.
Eggs boiled in steep,cool,clean the shell and grate on a coarse grater.
Green onions finely chop.
2. Mix the grated eggs with chopped chives,salt,pepper and mayonnaise.
Black bread cut into four pieces and fry on one side until light Golden color.
3. On toasted side of the bread spread a bit of egg salad and put a piece of herring.

Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
