Tomatoes in batter

 

These tomatoes are a great snack for the arrival of unexpected guests.
They are made quickly, and most importantly, it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients:

Tomatoes — 3 PCs.
Cheese — 150 g
Eggs — 2 PCs.
Sour cream — 2 tbsp
Flour — 2 tbsp
Salt — to taste
Pepper — to taste

Tomatoes in batter

Preparation:

1. Tomatoes pour over boiling water and remove the skin, cut into not thick mugs
2. Make a batter. To RUB on a grater cheese. To it add eggs, flour and sour cream. All this stir, season with salt and pepper.
3. Preheat the pan with vegetable oil.
4. Tomatoes dipped in batter and put on pan. Fry on both sides until Golden brown.
5. Tomatoes ready sprinkle with herbs and serve hot.
