Zest of one lemon
Fresh parsley (chopped) 3 tablespoons
Garlic 1 denticle
Salt 1 teaspoon
Half chili pepper
Dill 1 sprig

Valuable source of protein: pickled squid

All ingredients for marinade (all except dill and squid) put in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Cook squids 1-2 minutes in boiling water, put them in a marinade along with chopped dill. Stir all ingredients and leave for 15-20 minutes to marinate. Serve it.
