Ingredients:
400 g fresh broccoli
1 small sweet red onion

Preparation of (15 min):

1. In a saucepan, boil water with a little salt. Clean the broccoli from the large leaves, cut off the stalk. Disassemble the broccoli into florets, stems cut into 2-3 cm pieces. Place in boiling water first pieces of stem, cook over medium heat for 5-7 min., Then add the florets. Cook another 3 minutes. Cool in iced water, fold in a colander and pat dry.

Tip! If you are using frozen broccoli, simply fill it with boiling water, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let stand 2-3 minutes. Then pat dry in a colander and follow the recipe. But salad frozen vegetables, unfortunately, will never be as good as fresh. This is true even for the most expensive European and American brands.
