Ingredients:

Broccoli — 600 g
Most of sliced onion — 1 pc.
Peeled garlic — 2-4 cloves
Vegetable broth — 4 stack.
Sliced boiled potatoes — 1 pc.
Raw cashew nuts — 1 / 4-1 / 2 stack.
Salt — to taste
Ground black pepper — to taste
Ground red pepper — to taste
White bread — for a toast

Preparation:

1. Place the broccoli, onion, garlic and vegetable broth in a saucepan. Bring broth to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer until then, until broccoli is tender (about 8 minutes).
2. Half of broccoli soup and send in a blender with half a potato and cashew. Beat until smooth. Pour into another pan and repeat with the remnants of broccoli, potatoes and cashew.
3. Cover with a lid and heat the soup over low heat for 10 minutes. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of red pepper to taste.
4. The bread cut into cubes, cut the cake. Fry on a dry frying pan or in the oven to dry.
5. Serve the soup with croutons ready.
