Kefir 1% 1 cup;
Egg 1 pc .;
Water 100 ml;
Honey 2 tbsp .;
To decorate take blackberries or raspberries (can be frozen).

Soak the gelatin in 100 ml of water according to package directions.

In the bowl of a blender combine eggs, yogurt, honey and gelatine, soaked in water. Whisk the yogurt jelly, pour into ice-cream bowls and put in the fridge to pour.

Before serving, decorate with beautiful berries.
